COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Put cottage cheese into mixing bowl and beat until lumps break up. Add sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and mix. Add beaten eggs and milk; mix. Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pan and bake in 375 degree oven until brown and custard is set, about 45 minutes.
