THICKENED MILK 
3 tbsp. butter
3 cans canned milk
Equal parts of water (3 cans)

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Sprinkle of milk

Rub mixture together with your hands until moistened and crumbly. Fold mixture into boiling milk. Do not stir. Cover and turn heat down to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Eat with sugar, butter and cinnamon. (When adding flour mixture to milk, do not get too thick, and may use 6 cups of milk instead of canned milk and water.)
