RHUBARB OR APPLE DESSERT 
Fill 9x13 inch pan half full of cut-up rhubarb or apples. Mix together:

1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Spread over rhubarb or apples.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour

Mix this together so it is crumbly. Spread over rhubarb or apple mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
