NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
16 graham cracker squares
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix until crumbly. Pat in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

CREAM OR MIDDLE:

1 lb. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour onto cracker shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm. Cool 15-20 minutes at room temperature.

TOP:

Mix: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Pour on top of cooled cream cheese. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool at room temperature until cool to touch. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
