PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 center cut pork chops, seasoned
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
6-8 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1 can English peas, drained
1 can carrots, drained

Place pork chops in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Layer thinly sliced potatoes, peas and carrots alternately until all are used. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour both cans of soup over mixture. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
