PORK CHOP & POTATOES 
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
4 c. sliced potatoes
2 onions, sliced
3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
6-8 pork chops

Mix soup, sour cream, water together. Alternate this soup mixture with potatoes, onion and bell pepper. Place in 375 degree oven 30 minutes, uncovered. Brown pork chops in skillet, floured or unfloured. Place pork chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
