CORNFLAKE COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Measure cornflakes into large bowl; set aside. Measure peanut butter; set aside. Measure sugar into large cooking pan. Measure and add white syrup. (Scrape out cup with rubber scraper). Bring sugar-syrup mixture to full boil, stirring with wooden spoon. Remove from heat immediately.

Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour cornflakes into cooking pan; stir well so that all flakes are coated with hot mixture. WORK FAST! Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper using a rubber scraper to clean out each spoonful. Cool. Enjoy!
