BUTTERSCOTCH BALLS | |
2 doz. frozen dinner rolls 1/2 box butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Place frozen rolls into well greased bundt or angel food cake pan. Pour DRY pudding mix over rolls. Melt butter and brown sugar together. Pour over frozen rolls and pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts. Let rise 8 hours or overnight. Don't cover the pan if raising overnight. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. ALTERNATIVE MIXING METHODS: Melt butter, set aside. Combine pudding, brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip frozen rolls in butter then roll in dry ingredients. Place greased pan and sprinkle with nuts. |
