CHOCOLATE PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled melted butter and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add to egg mixture. Drop dough by spoonful onto hot pizzelle iron. Cool completely.
