SPINACH RICE 
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

In 1 1/2 quart casserole combine all ingredients; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir before serving.
