SPINACH RICE 
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped pimento for garnish

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except pimento; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir before serving. Garnish with pimento. Makes 5 cups or 6 servings.
