SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeeze dry
1 pkg. Knox soup mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Mix well; cover and chill 2 hours. Makes 4 cups.
