GREEK FETA SHRIMP 
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. raw cleaned shrimp
4 to 6 oz. feta cheese
Dill or parsley, garnish

Saute onion in olive oil until limp. Add chopped tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dip shrimp in sauce to coat, then arrange around pan. Sprinkle with feta. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until shrimp loses translucency and cheese is melted. Serves: 2 to 3.
