SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE | |
3 dozen eggs 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sherry 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese Mix butter with eggs in frying pan, scramble the night before. Heat soup, sherry, and mushrooms. Bake in a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place layer of eggs, soup mixture, cheese, and sprinkle paprika on top. Start in cold oven. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cover. Let stand a few minutes when you take it out of the oven. |
