COCKTAIL CHEESE SPREAD 
2 lbs. American cheese (Velveeta, my choice)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 shakes red pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Dash paprika
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup

Mix well, put in well greased mold. Refrigerate overnight. Ice with cream cheese mixed with mayonnaise, garnish with olives.
