CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 (7 1/2 oz.) jar green stuffed olives
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 sm. green pepper, diced

Mix together first five ingredients and cook stirring constantly, until thick. Cool completely.

Add cooled flour mixture to remaining ingredients and beat with mixer. Better made the day before. Stores well in covered container in refrigerator.
