BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and oil; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries; fill greased muffin tin. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
