CHALUPAS 
1 lb. pinto beans
2 lb. pork roast (lean)
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. picante sauce (mild, med. or hot)

SERVE:

Fritos
Shredded cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Picante sauce

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cover with water and cook 6 hours. Shred pork roast as it cooks. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over Fritos and top with remaining ingredients. May be cooked in 5-quart crock pot.
