SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 clove ginger
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. salad herbs
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. cleaned shrimp

Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Let stand 10 minutes. Divide shrimp into two portions and place each portion on a 1/4-inch square of aluminum foil. Pour 1/2 of sauce over each portion. Bring foil over shrimp, folding edges together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 3.
