HOMEMADE NOODLES 
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. top milk
2 c. flour

Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes or longer. Slice 1/8 inch thick. Spread out and dry 2 hours. Drop in soup or boiling water and cook 10 minutes.

If you have pizza machine, knead dough in bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes. Cut in chunks and put through pizza machine.

These noodles are especially good in chicken soup. Also they make a good base for hot dishes.
