EASY PORK FRIED RICE 
3 to 4 pork chops, chopped
1 bag instant rice
4 to 5 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Scramble eggs with milk. Cook rice as directed on package. Combine cooked rice, eggs, and pork chops into skillet. Cook over medium heat until very hot. Serve with scallions and soy sauce.
