THE BEST SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach (remove stems)
3 hard boiled eggs
6 slices crisp cooked bacon
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 lg. sweet onion, sliced

DRESSING:

Combine in blender: 1 tsp. dried onion 1 tsp. salt 2 c. oil 2/3 c. vinegar 1 tsp. dried mustard

Gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Keeps well in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
