PECAN TARTS 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 heaping c. pecans (more is better)
16 tart shells

Mix all ingredients, except tart shells, well. Pour into unbaked tart shells (or in an unbaked pie shell). Place in preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
