SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. pancake syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecan halves
9 inch unbaked shell or approx. 12 tart shells

Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with 2/3 cup sugar, dash salt, syrup and butter. Stir in pecan halves. Pour in unbaked shell and cook approximately 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

I also like to use broken pieces of pecans and bake in the small tart shells. If you do this, pour mixture in shells first and sprinkle with pecans. Baking time is 20 to 25 minutes.
