SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs well with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup. Add melted butter. Add pecans. Pour into pie shells. Bake in oven (350 degrees) for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let it cool.
