MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 c. mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts
1 can French fried onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 can water

Cook meat and onion together until browned. Add soy sauce, soup, water, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, then put the French fried onions on top.
