BREADED ARTICHOKES 
1 pkg. frozen artichokes
1 cube butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Seasoned or make your own crumbs & add your own seasonings
Dash of pepper
1 sm. onion, minced in blender or chopped very fine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook frozen artichokes according to package directions. Melt butter in medium skillet. Add dash of pepper and saute on low heat about 5 minutes. Add onion. Add cooked artichokes to butter and onion, continue to saute another 5 minutes, then blend in bread crumbs and spread Parmesan cheese over and stir all ingredients together. Serve warm. Preparation time about 20 minutes.
