ARTICHOKE BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz) loaf unsliced french bread
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic & sesame seeds, cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Remove from heat, stir in artichoke hearts and next three ingredients.

Cut bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out center, leaving 1 inch shell. Crumble removed bread & stir into artichoke mixture. Pour into shells and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
