TURTLE BROWNIES 
1 chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Spread half of above mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees.

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread over baked cake. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over caramel. Then 1 cup chocolate chips. Drop remaining cake mixture by small spoons over top and bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and cut into squares.
