HERB AND GARLIC CHEESE 
16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tbsp. heavy cream or milk
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. minced dill
1/3 c. minced scallions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)

In a food processor, cream the cream cheese with the cream. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. This keeps for several days if well covered and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before using. Use as a dip with fresh vegetables.
