PATTI'S HERB CHEESE 
1 1/4 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. chives

Melt first 2 ingredients together and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). Beat until creamy and add remaining ingredients. Form into ball and chill. Serve with crackers.
