CAROB PUDDING 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. carob powder
1 c. cold water
2 c. milk
1/2-3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Bisquick and carob powder in medium saucepan. Turn on low heat and gradually add water, milk, honey and vanilla. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Serve warm or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream or frozen topping.

Carob is a delicious, low calorie substitute for chocolate and can be found in any health food store. Use in same proportion in any recipe to replace cocoa.
