SOUTHWEST SUPPER | |
1 med. pkg. reg. tortilla chips, crushed 3 c. cut-up cooked turkey or chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken with rice soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 sm. can chopped green chilies, with juice 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 sm. chopped onion Shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomatoes & grated cheese for garnish Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with crushed tortilla chips. Cover chips with cut-up turkey or chicken. In separate bowl, mix together soups, sour cream, chilies with juice, grated cheese and onion. Spread soup mixture over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Layer garnishes on individual servings. Serves 8. |
