HAM DOUBLE CHEESE MELTS 
2 1/3 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Mayo or salad dressing
Dill pickle relish
12-14 slices fully cooked ham
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
12-14 slices Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix, Swiss cheese, milk and butter until dough forms. Smooth dough into a ball on cloth covered surface dusted with baking mix, knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2" thick, cut into 3" circles. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until lightly browned. Cool. Cut short cakes crosswise into halves. Spread mayo and relish on each. Top with ham, tomato and 1 slice Mozzarella cheese. Set oven to broil. Broil with tops about 4" from heat until cheese melts. 6 to 7 servings.
