SCOTCH TREATS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. light syrup
4 - 5 c. Rice Krispies
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. (small) bag chocolate chips
6 oz. (small) bag butterscotch chips

Mix in pan over medium heat until it starts to boil. Remove from heat, add Rice Krispies; spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt together remaining ingredients, spread over bars and then chill
