7 - LAYER JELLO | |
4 pkg. (3 oz.) Jellos, different flavors 4 env. unflavored Knox gelatin 1 can Borden's condensed milk (14 oz.) 1/6 c. sugar 6 c. boiling water Grease 9 x 13 dish with mayonnaise or Pam. Make the four Jellos by dissolving 1 package Jello and 1/2 envelope of Knox with one cup boiling water. Make milk layer by dissolving 2 envelopes of Knox with 2 cups boiling water, add the condensed milk and 1/6 cup sugar. Pour Jello layer in dish (one of the flavors). Freeze 10 to 12 minutes to congeal. Pour one cup of milk mix over Jello layer and freeze 7 to 9 minutes. Add another Jello mix, freeze; add another milk layer, freeze; and end with Jello layer. Let set in refrigerator. Cut in cubes or bars. (4 Jello layers + 3 milk layers = 7 layers) NOTE: Can eat with fingers. |
