MY CHOP SUEY 
1/2 - 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut up into sm. pieces
Brown gravy sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can chow mein noodles
Cooked white rice

Brown meat in large pot, then saute onions. When meat is brown add a little water and the celery. Simmer until meat is tender. Add vegetables and mushrooms. While meat simmer, add about 2 or 3 tablespoons brown gravy sauce and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Serve over rice and top with crunchy noodles.
