APRICOT DELIGHT SALAD | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 lg. ripe bananas, mashed 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained & 1/2 c. syrup reserved 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 env. Dream Whip Combine gelatin and marshmallows in bowl; dissolve according to package directions. Add bananas and pineapple; pour into pan or mold. Chill until firm. Combine egg, sugar, butter, flour and reserved pineapple juice in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Let cool. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions. Fold into cooked custard. Spread topping over salad. |
