HAM LOAF 
6 lbs. ham loaf mix (1/2 ground ham and 1/2 ground pork)
1 1/2 c. catsup
5 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. milk and Milnot or canned milk mixed
3 1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix all of the above ingredients together and form into loaf. Place bacon strips in bottom of baking dish. Form loaf on top of them. Pour tomato juice over top several times as it bakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (May be formed into individual meat loaves before baking if desired).
