CASADA CAKE 
3 lb. Polo ricotta cheese
1 to 1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
Slivered milk chocolate
Sweet dried fruit - pineapple, cherries

Allow ricotta cheese to drain several hours in strainer or on paper towels.

Mix sugar and ricotta together thoroughly. If you have a potato ricer, put the mixture through several times.

Add chocolate and fruit.

Refrigerate.
