JELLO FRUIT SALAD 
2 lg. boxes Jello
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Prepare Jello according to package. Chill and let set slightly. Add softened cream cheese - beat with electric mixer - fold in Cool Whip and fruit. Let sit overnight. Serves about 20 people.

(Tupperware cake taker works great with this - set it in warm water a few minutes and run knife around sides. Turn out onto bottom of cake taker.
