PLUM CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
2 small jars plums with tapioca baby food
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Add sugar and oil and stir until smooth. Add flour, baby food and spices. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°F. Glaze with mixture of juice of one lemon and cup of powdered sugar.
