GREEK SPAGHETTI WITH BROWNED
BUTTER SAUCE
 
1 lb. spaghetti
2 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 lb. butter

Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

STEP 1: Sprinkle a layer of crumbled feta cheese on a large platter. Add 1/3 of the drained spaghetti and then sprinkle on another layer of cheese. Add another layer of spaghetti, followed by more cheese and then the remaining portions of the spaghetti and cheese.

STEP 2: Over a medium heat in a skillet, melt the butter. It will go from a yellow liquid to a tan color and then to a darker tan, the color of medium toast. Pour over the spaghetti and serve at once.
