SCALLOPED POTATOES 
10 sm. green onions, chopped
1 stick butter
2 sm. cans mushrooms
2 cans mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8-12 potatoes, sliced very thin

Chop onions and saute in butter. Add sliced mushrooms and soup. Remove from fire and add whipping cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Put potatoes in baking dish, pour soup mixture over potatoes and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
