CHICKEN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1 chopped garlic pod
1 chopped onion
2 #3 cans tomatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can English peas, drained
1 lb. grated Old English cheese
1 stewed & boned chicken
1 pkg. thin spaghetti

Cook, skin and bone chicken. Melt butter and brown garlic and onion. Add chopped tomatoes with juice and simmer 10 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken. Stir and heat until well blended. Serve over spaghetti.

Hint: Let sauce set 1 hour on warm to blend. Serve with garlic toast.
