1 1/4 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Gummy worms, optional

Need flower pot - line with foil.

Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside in bowl. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and butter. In another bowl mix pudding with milk. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.
