SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. oats
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and shape into steaks. Turn in flour. Brown in 2 teaspoon fat. Remove steaks and put in skillet:

2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 lg. stick celery, diced
1 lg. carrot, diced
1 can mushrooms

When sauce is thick, add steaks. Cover and simmer in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or longer.
