BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken (cut into serving pieces and skinned)
1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut
1 lg. onion (cut into pieces)
3 or 4 ribs celery (sliced)
Lemon pepper
Seasoned salt

Place carrots, onions and celery in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Place chopped pieces on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and seasoning salt. Cover with lid or foil and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
