1 can Campbell's cream of potato soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
4 slices (about 4 oz.) cheddar cheese

In 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish, 10"x6"x2" combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot; stir. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
