SPANISH RICE DELUXE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 c. rice (not instant)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 1/2 cans water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup

Mix and place into casserole or a roaster and bake until rice is done (350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours). You may have to add a little more water if it becomes too dry. Freezes well.
